Privacy Policy

• Account data. Your email address and name.
• Plan data. The information you give during onboarding so the app can build your plan: your goal, sex, age, height, weight, body measurements, dietary preferences and the ingredients you want to avoid. Some of this counts as health and fitness data, and we treat it accordingly.
• Activity data. Your food diary entries, hydration log, weight and measurement history, daily streak and the meal plans generated for you.
• Purchase data. Your subscription status and purchase identifier, processed through RevenueCat and the app store you bought from. We never see your card details.
• Technical data. Crash and error diagnostics used to fix bugs, not linked to your identity.

We do not access your camera, photo library, contacts or location. We do not show ads, we do not collect an advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

To create and run your account, to calculate your calorie and macro targets, to build and rebuild your meal plans, to keep your diary and progress history, to handle subscriptions, and to fix technical problems.

The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, your explicit consent for health-related data, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

Supabase (database, authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple and Google as the app stores. Each acts as a processor under contract and only for the purposes above.

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to padosiak@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can delete your account in the app, under Profile. You can also email padosiak@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we will do it for you.

Prepi is a meal planning and organization tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not provide medical or clinical nutrition advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

Prepi is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
