Terms of Service

Prepi is intended for adults. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login details private.

Prepi builds personalized meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and tracking tools based on the information you provide. It is a planning and organization tool.

Prepi is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, it does not provide medical or clinical nutrition advice, and it does not guarantee any health or weight outcome. Calorie and macro targets are estimates calculated from the details you enter. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an eating disorder, allergies or take medication, talk to a healthcare professional before following any plan.

You are responsible for checking recipes against your own allergies and dietary restrictions before cooking or eating.

Anything you enter, such as diary entries, measurements and preferences, stays yours. You give us a licence to store and process it so the app can work.

Prepi Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple or Google, available monthly or yearly. Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins.

The subscription renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules.

Do not attempt to break, scrape or reverse engineer the service, resell access, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel that separately in your store settings.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Polish law applies, and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app, and continuing to use Prepi after they take effect means you accept them.
